JAMB/UTME Candidates (O/Level Result)
Students must have at least five (5) O/L credit passes in:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Chemistry and any of the
- Biology
- Agricultural Science
- Technical Drawing
- Further Mathematics
- Geography
- Data Processing
- Metal Work
- Economic
The result must not be at more than two (2) sittings.
JAMB University Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME)
Students must sit for, pass and make the cut off mark for UTME. The UTME subject combination to study Agricultural Engineering at ABU Zaria are:
- Mathematics
- Physics
- English Language and
- Chemistry
ABU Zaria Post ITME Test.
Students must also sit for and pass ABU Zaria post UTME examination making the cut off mark for the Department of Agricultural and Bioresourses Engineering.
Post UTME subjects combination is same as for the JAMB/UTME.
DIRECT Entry Candidates
- Two (2) Advance Level (A/L)/IJMB in Physic, Mathematics and Chemistry to be considered to 200 level of Agricultural and Bioresourses Engineering
- National Diploma (ND): Upper Credit in Agricultural and Bioresourses Engineering to be considered to 200 level.
- HND Agricultural and Bioresourses Engineering or other relevant Engineering programmes with minimum of Lower Credit to be considered for admission to 300 level.
