Lens Polytechnic is one of the private tertiary institutions in Kwara State. It is located along Irra Road, Offa.
The school was founded in 2012 by the duo of Azeez Yisa Bukola and Abdulazeez Isahq,, among many other things to:
Make tertiary education readily available to prospective students who cannot gain admission due to large number of admission seekers.
To train students in such a way as to be able to stand on their own after graduating from the school.
As for the accreditation status of the school, Lens Polytechnic, Offa is duly accredited by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE). The school was accredited to operate as a polytechnic educational institution in 2016, and that is four (4) years after it's establishment.
