The approval of the promotion was at the meeting of the University Governing Council which was held on the 4th of July 2019 and was duly signed by the institution Vice Chancellor Professor.
The promotion exercise saw 2 members of FUTLOKOJA academic staffs got promoted from the position of a Senior Lecturer to a Reader, 5 people were promoted from Lecturer 1 to Senior Lecturers, 29 staffs got promoted from Lecturer 2 to Lecturer 1 while 7 members of the academic staffs were promoted from Assistant Lecturer to Lecturer 2.
