The duration of any of the programmes at Master level is 2 years leading to the award of Masters if Technology (BTech) in Engineering. 

Some of the courses can be pursued as Integrated Dual Programme leading to the award of dual degree of BTech and MTech in Engineering. The duration for this programme is 5 years.

Admission Requirements

To be eligible for admission to study one of the above mentioned engineering courses, a student must:

Make the required scores in the  Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advance.

But the JEE must be preceded by JEE main and that means for an applicant to be eligible to sit for JEE Advance . He must have written the JEE Main and make the required scores.

The candidate must have also sat for the Class 12 examination, make a minimum of 75% aggregate score and fulfill other requirements of the examination.

This exam is a must. It preceded JEE Main. The examination certificate is an  evidence that a candidate passed through Senior High School written the exam and was successful.
