President, Student Union Government, Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro Suspended From School For Cultism

In their pursuit to wipe the institution community off all cultish activities  the management of Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro has announced the immediate suspension of the school's President, Student Union Govenment for his involment in cultism.

In a statement which was made available to the public on Monday, the school management says the suspension of Adegboye Emmanuel Olatunji was in line with acts establishing the Polytechnic and the provision of the students handbook couple with the school's zero tolerance for any cult activities.

The statement says further that the suspension of Adegboye Emmanuel Olatunji is with immediate effect and he is  expected to appear before the institution students disciplinary committee.

The suspension of Adegboye was in reaction to his arrest by some members of Ogun State Police Command on Sunday.

A Nigerian popular online newspaper had earlier reported how Adegboye Emmanuel Olatunji and one Olanrewaju Taiwo were arrested in a bush while they were trying to perform initiation ceremony on new members.

It was revealed that the Ogun State Police Command had acted on a tip by some members of the Gbodigi community where the initiation was scheduled to take place.

When arrested both Emmanuel Olatunji and Olanrewaju Taiwo were in full regalia of the cult by the name black axe. Both suspects are in the police custody being interrogated.
