Entry Requirements
All the engineering course have almost same entry requirements and the entrance requirements on this page is limited to applicants hold Senior School Certificate.

Senior Certificate Before 2008
- Must be with matriculation endorsements.
- Must have C at Standard Grade and D at Higher Grade in English Language.
- Must have B in Standard Grade and C in Higher Grade in Physical Science
- Admission Points Score must be at least 28
National Senior Certificate Holder (In or After 2008)
- Must be Bachelor Degree endorsements
- At least 4 in English Language as home language or additional language
- At least 5 in Mathematics or Technical Mathematics and
- 5 for Physical Science or Technical Sciences
- Admission Points Score (APS) must not be lesser than 28
A National Certificate (VOCATIONAL) the At NQF Level 4 Holders
- Must be a Bachelor Degree endorsements
- Must be issued by the Council for Quality Assurance in General and Further Education and Training
- Must be with at least 50% for English, Life Orientation, Mathematics and Science plus 60% from any other three compulsory vocational subjects
- Admission Point Score (APS) must at least be 28 excluding life orientation
