This degree programme is design to help those already in the field to up their qualifications. Those who do not want to study an engineering programme which involves a lot of research work like a MSc and are not eyeing a PhD programme in the future.
A professional degree, master of engineering prepare such set of students for a professional career in a specific engineering sector and it involve a lot of taught and field work.

To qualify do any of the above Professional Degree Master of Engineering programmes, applicant must have completed his first degree programme (BSc or HND) in relevant engineering disciplines and must have earned a certain years of industrial experience.
