It is one of the most commonly taught engineering discipline in the university and other higher institutions of learning.

The School of Engineering at Australia National University (ANU) at the time of posting this article was not offering Civil Engineering as a taught programme even as a field of specialisations. 

This mean you cannot apply to study both undergraduate and postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering. The university was not awarding a qualification on the discipline.
