UNIABUJA Admission: 9 Things You Need to Know About It

UNIABUJA  admit students from all parts of Nigeria and any part of the world. Anybody from anywhere could be granted an admission if he/she is able to make their minimum entry requirements 

Here are the nine.things you need to know about getting admission to the University of Abuja (UNIABUJA).


For O'Level Admission 

  • You must have reached the age of 16 to be eligible for admission.
  • Obtain a minimum of five (5) credit passes in the Senior Secondary Certificate Examinations (SSCE/GCE) including English Language and Mathematics. These credit passes must be obtained at not more than two (2) sittings.
  • At least three (3) of the credit passes must be in subjects relevant to the degree course applied for.
  • Make UNIABUJA your first choice of institution.
  • Choose the correct UTME subject combination for your course.
  • Score at least 180 in the UTME examination.
  • You must also pass the Post-UTME screening organized by the university.

For Direct Entry (DE) Admission:

  • Possess at least two (2) ‘A’ Level passes or equivalent.
  • Have a minimum of five (5) credit passes in other subjects, including English Language and Mathematics at the ordinary level (WAEC, NECO, GCE, NABTEB and Grade II).
