Mining and Mineral Processing Engineering Requirements | Jomo Kenyatta University

Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) is one of the few universities in Kenya where a Bachelor of Science degree could be earned in Mining and Mineral Processing Engineering.

Mining and Minerals Processing as a discipline is highly challenging and profitable. It involves extraction of minerals from underneath or surface of the earth and then separating them from their ores. The Department of Mining and Minerals Processing, Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology was established to produce skill engineers in this line of discipline.
