Engineering Entry Requirements, UWE  

UCAS Points: 112 -120  
  • A-levels: Grade C in Mathematics and a Science subject (Physics)
  • BTEC Extended Diploma: A Merit in one of Further Engineering Mathematics or Further Mathematics for Construction. 
  • Access: 15 Level 3 credits at Merit in Mathematics.
  • Baccalaureate (IB): grade 5 in Higher Level Mathematic or equivalent  
  • GCSE: Grade C/4 in Mathematics and English or equivalent.  

International Students:  

The University of West England accept a large number of international students local high school qualifications.  

English Language Requirement:
This apply if the first language of an international student is not English  IELTS: score of 6.0 with 5.5 in each component. 
TOEFL iBT: Overall score of 80 or above.
