The management of Lagos State University (LASU) on Tuesday announced the indefinite suspension of three of its students for various misconducts while at school.
The suspension which was duly signed by the institution Vice Chancellor Prof. Olanrewaju Fagbohun was with immediate effect.
The publication from the university reveals that two 400 levels students - Olatade Tobiloba and Oloyede Ibrahim - were suspended over cultism related offences while the third student by the names Ogunbowale Afeez was suspended over a rape crime.
The three students were put on indefinite suspension pending the outcome of investigation of the allegation levels against them.
The school authority said this kind of action is necessary reiterate the school determination to wipe out all cultism activities and other crimes from the campus.
This would also serve as a warning for any other students who are engaged in these kind of misdeeds or anothers but have not been caught.
