You remember the name Professor Austin Nwagbara. He was the visiting Professor of English who was sacked some months ago by the management of University of Education, Winneha, Ghana on allegation that he made derogatory, unethical and unprofessional comments about Ghana educational system and governance.
The bold and energetic Professor, we learnt has been given a job by the management of University of Lagos and his expected to resume on duty after his sabbatical.
The news of his new job which was broken to the public via the official Twitter account of the the institution stated the University is happy to have him back. Meaning Proffessor Nwagbara was once a staff of the prestigious educational institution.
The post reveal that since his coming home many universities in Nigeria has made request of him.
The management of University of Lagos then used the opportunity to thank the Aso Rock and Mrs Abike Dabiri, Chairman and CEO of National Diaspora Commission for the part they play in the matter.
Meanwhile the professor has vowed to not go back to Ghana, the country he believes is molesting Nigerian in all ways.
