The publication which was made available to the public on the school official website stated that the newly approved programmes will commence during 2019/2020 academic session.
With the approval of the new programmes which include graduate and post-graduate courses, Bingham now becomes one of the universitites in Nigeria which the university regulatory body will so approved to start new multiple programmes in recent time. This year, NUC has approved Achiever University, Benson Idahosa University, and many other public universities to start new programmes. Akwa Ibom State University was last week given a go ahead to start a whopping sixty-nine new postgraduate programmes.
With the achievement, students who wish to study at Bingham University now have options to choose from arrays of different courses available at the institution.
It should be noted that before NUC can approve any additional course for a university, the body should have visited the school which sought for the approval and inspection should have been made on the facilities on ground for the take off of the programme to know whether they are in conformity with the set standard.
This mean the approval of the nineteen new pogrammes for Bingham University was as a result of the school ability to meet all the necessary requirements.
