- Acceptance Fee: N10,000.

- WiFi Access (Unlimited): N10,000
- Academic Gown: N5,000
- Practical Fee: N8,000
- Medical Fee: N1,000
- Laboratory Coat Fee: N3,000
Total of the Fees above: N88,000
Note: this is for students who has just been given provisional admission into ND1. The total fees will be lesser on getting to ND 2.
It also should be noted that these fees are not fixed. The management of the school has legal right to adjust it anytime without prior notice.
The fees above are valid for 2019/20 academic session and for engineering courses only, but it give you insight into what you can be expected to pay in the future knowing that the price of service don't always go down in Nigeria but upward.
The Polytechnic Igbo Owu Accreditation and Approval
The Polytechnic Igbo Owu, though a private institution, it is duly approved and accredited in Nigeria by National Board for Technical Education (NBTE).
- Students of the institution are eligible to participate in NYSC service after completing HND programme
- The certificate earned from the school are accepted for further study at other notable higher institutions of learning in Nigeria and abroad and
- For seeking job from any companies anywhere in Nigeria.
Entry Requirements (OND)
The above mentioned courses have same entry requirements.
To be eligible for admission to study one of these courses, a student must show an evidence of completing senior secondary school by presenting credit passes in at least five subjects at one or two of the following examinations:
- West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE)
- NECO conducted Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE) or
- General Certificate of Examination (GCE)
- Mthematics (Compulsory)
- English Language (Compulsory)
- Physics
- Chemistry or
- Technical Drawing or
- Further Mathematical or
- Technical and Vocational Training Subjects or
- Geography or
- Data Processing
The student must pass and make the UTME cut off mark.
UTME Subjects

The student must also pass and make the required cut off mark for The Polytechnic, Igbo Owu post UTME examination.
