The above question had been asked about Adeleke University time and time without number. Without beating around the bush, the fact of the matter is, Adeleke University is accredited to operate in Nigeria by the National University Commission (NUC). It is not operating illegally.

While the school is accredited by NUC, it's engineering programmes are fully accredited by Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
