ND Entry Requirements Minerals and Petroleum Engineering Technology
Kogi State Polytechnic, Department of Minerals and Petroleum Engineering Technology accept minimum of five (5) O'level credit passes in the following subjects:
WAEC Subjects Combination
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Physics and
- Chemistry and any one subject from:
- Biology/Agricultural Science
- Technical Drawing,
- Basic Electronics/Basic Electricity
- Auto Mechanics
- Metal Work
- Further Mathematics
- Geography
- Economics/Commerce
The five subjects must be at not more than two sitting from one or two of the following examination qualifications
- West African Senior School Certificate (WASSCE)
- Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE)
- General Certificate of Education (GCE O'level) or
- NABTEB
Applicants must write JAMB coordinated Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Kogi Poly post UTME screening, making the announced cut off mark for the Department of Metals and Petroleum Engineering Technology.
