JCI Heritage Chapter Gives Free Bus Ride Visit MAPOLY Rector

Wednesday 24th this week was the awareness campaign day of  the Junior Chamber International (Heritage Chapter) Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta, Ogun State.

The day was chosen to create awareness about the group, making the school community and the public to know what they were about and the types of service they are able to render to the communities.

Part of the programmes the group did to mark the awareness day was facilitating a free bus ride for students of  their school from Dr. Samson Odedina bus stop down to Panseke in Abeokuta.

The free bus ride programme save many of the institution students the money they could have used for transport fare for that day for another day.

Latter in the week the Junior  Chamber International (JCI), Heritage Chapter also used the opportunity to pay a visit to the MAPOLY Rector in his office.

During the visit, the group which have been making the institution proud by it services to the students community was quick to point to the Rector some of their achievements which include erecting first bus stop shed in MAPOLY.

They added by saying they were the campus group that won best award in Nigeria and second best award in Africa in 2016/2017. They also reckoned that they were the most populous and most popular campus group in the world.

The Rector of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Dr. Samson Adeola Odedina  said he was so much please to support their mission and stated that he sees them as one of the good ambassadors of the school.

The Rector then said the institution would always welcome and support partnership that aimed to bring development to education and to humanity in general.

Leading the JCI MAPOLY chapter on the visit was it's 2019 President Onuoha Joseph.
