While commissioning the toilet project which it's foundation was laid early this year, the chairman use the opportunity to commend those that made the construction of the project possible. He appreciated Mr. Ayodeji Kolade and Engineer Oladapo Kolade who he was referring to as his uncle throughout the commissioning event. He said their support and unceasing encouragement serve as catalyst for his aspiration as Chairman of Governor Council and help in achieving it dream when the female students toilet project was being commissioned yesterday to the Glory of God.
Comrade Adegboyega continue his speech by saying, "My Mandate as a Chairman of Governor Council is to make a difference and blaze the trail so as to enthrone an ending legacy that shall be difficult to surpass in the forum"
The Chairman of Governor Council, Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Ondo said, by building and commissioning the female students toilet project he has create a record which can only be emulated but would be difficult for anybody to break in the institution. He attributed the achievement to God being his strength and the support he got from the people like Mr. Funso Ogunla, Engineer Oladapo Kolade, Honourable Issah Boboye and Mr. Ayodeji Kolade and many other people he said he could not remember to name them and those that were at the commissioning event,
He continued by commending the Erin Ile based social group called "The Future Pride Forum". Comrade Adegboyega said it was the forum that groined and equipped him with leadership qualities he is now using to break ground and winning different accolades almost on daily basis.
He revealed that the forum afforded him the opportunity to meet and to relate with so many illustrious and ambitious sons and daughters of the State which invariably contribute to his inspiration to affect his generation and those that are coming behind him.
Comrade Adegboyega Afolabi round off his address at the event by acknowledging Mr. Ayo Kolade once again for his unique humanitarian gesture.
