All these courses are recognised and fully accredited by National University Commission (NUC) and Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN)
All the above mentioned courses run for the duration of five years for the students admitted with O/L results while they run for the duration of 4 or 3 years for those admitted with qualifications higher than O/L leading to the award of Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Engineering.
Admission Requirements
For a student to be considered for admission to undergraduate degree of any of the above mentioned engineering courses, he must have five credit passes from either- West Africa Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE)
- Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE)/NECO or
- General Certificate in Education Examination (GCE) or
- Combination of the above two results
The five credit passes must include: English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and either Technical Drawing, Further Mathematics, Geography or Biology and it must not be at more than two sittings.
In addition to the above, a student must pass the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) after which he must also pass the Federal University, Oye Ekiti (FUOYE) post UTME, making the required Cut-Off Mark for his chosen engineering programme.
Admission are also granted those seeking enrollment for any of the above programmes through direct entry and pre degree programme.
