ND Computer Engineering Entry Requirements

To be considered for an admission to study for National Diploma (ND) Computer Engineering at Polytechnic Ibadan an applicant must have minimum of Five O level credits in relevant subjects which must include:

• Mathematics
• English Language
• Chemistry and one of the 
• Technical Drawing
• Economics
• Agricultural Science
• Further Mathematics
• Geography
• Biology
• Computer Studies
• Basic Electronics/Electricity

The five O'level credit passes must be at not more than two sittings from one or two of the following examination qualifications

Senior Secondary Certificate Education (SSCE)

West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE)

General Certificate of Education (GCE) or 

National Technical Certificate 

JAMB Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME)

Candidates must sit for and make the JAMB coordinated UTME cut off mark of 150

JAMB Subjects Combination

Polytechnic Ibadan Post UTME Screening

Applicants must also participate in the Polytechnic Ibadan coordinated post UTME screening and make the cut off mark as would be dictated.

Note: candidates must have chosen the Polytechnic Ibadan as their first choice.

HND Computer Engineering Entry Requirements

Five O'level result as required for ND programme

National Diploma (ND) in the same discipline with minimum of lower credit.

The Polytehnic Ibadan may consider those with pass in their ND results but with two (2) years post ND industrial training

Evidence of one (1) year industrial training programme.
