It takes a minimum of five years to study for a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemical Engineering at Enugu State University of Technology (ESUT) and that is for those admitted with O'level/UTME results.
It requires a student to work for a total of 186 credits doing courses such as: process instrumentation, transport phenomena (heat transfer); transport phenomena (mass transfer); particles technology, chemical thermodynamics, chemical reaction engineering, chemical engineering laboratory, engineering mathematics, separation processes, chemical process and design, polymer process engineering, biochemical engineering and evaluation and so on, to be graduated from the programme.
