Below is listed the entry requirements accepted by the school of industrial engineering, NWU to study for an undergraduate programme which usually lasted a duration of four (4) years at minimum.
Industrial engineering, a discipline that focus on how to optimise systems is taught at the Potchefstroom Campus of the North West University. There, the school teaches student on how to integrate people, information, processes, materials, money and technology for the purpose of maximizing production and effectively.
Admission Requirements to Study Industrial Engineering
- Minimum matric requirements (NSS or IEB)
- Mathematics: Minimum of 70%
- Physical Science: Minimum of 70%
- Language: Minimum of 60% for Afrikaans or English (the language of tuition)
- APS Score: Minimum of 34
- Exemption: Gr. 12 exemption
