Prof. Rea Prouska Won the Best Reviewer Award from BAM

Professor Rea Prouska, Associate Dean for Research and Enterprise, from London South Bank University (LSBU) Business School has won the Best Reviewer Award from British Academy of Management (BAM), the leading UK authority on the academic field of management 
 
Professor Prouska won the Award for reviewing important papers (inc. Workers’ voice & insecurity in the digital economy and Work-life balance challenges faced by single student-mothers) and her excellent feedback to the authors of British Academy of Management papers.

It's the 5th national award win by LSBU’s Business School in the past year including 2021 Chartered Institute of Management Accountants Awards and 2022 PQ Magazine Accountancy Awards. 

Prouska is Professor of Human Resource Management at LSBU Business School. Her research span employee voice, working conditions and quality of working life. She works to develop practical and theoretical approaches to solving problems related to work relationship and working life to better understand these concepts in a variety of economic contexts. 


She is a member of many academic organizations including:

  • Academic Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)
  • Affiliate Member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI
  • Member of the British Sociological Association (BSA).
