Despite the fact that the job of an Industrial Engineer is readily available in all type of industries, not many prospective students are willing to apply for admission to study the programme, maybe because they don't know what the programme entails and the job opportunity there in. This make one of the reasons many universities are not offering the programme in Nigeria knowing there is shortage of applicants.
