ND Electrical Electronics Engineering Entry Requirements, LASPOTECH
Accepted minimum O'level results to study for ND Electrical and Electronics Engineering Technology at Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH) are stated below:
Credit pass in five subjects which must include:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Physics and
- Chemistry and one science related subject which can be
- Technical Drawing
- Further Mathematics
- Geography
- Agricultural Science
- Biology or one relevant trade subjects which can be
- Metal Work
- Data Processing
- Welding and Fabrication
- Electrical Installation
- Radio/Television Electronics Work
- Basic Electronics/Basic Electricity
- Air-conditioning and Refrigeration
- Auto Electrical Work
The five subjects which must be at not more than two sittings can be from one or two of the:
- General Certificate of Education (GCE)
- West African Senior School Certificate (WASSCE)
- Senior School Certificate Education (SSCE)
- National Technical Certificate (NTC)
Applicants to study for ND Electrical Electronics Engineering Technology must also sit for JAMB's UTME.
JAMB Subjects Combination are:
- Physics
- Mathematics
- English Language and
- Chemistry
Lagods State Polytechnic may accept relevant and good pre-ND results for the course.
HND Electrical Electronics Engineering Technology Entry Requirements
The minimum entry requirements accepted by Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH) to study for HND Electrical Electronics Engineering Technology are as stated below:
- O'level qualifications as required for the National Diploma (ND)
- The National Diploma (ND) result with minimum of LOWER CREDIT in relevant engineering courses.
- Applicants are required to have at least one year post- ND Industrial Work Experience.
- LASPOTECH also make it mandatory for all applicants to consult the Institution's prospectus on the portal or in hard copy to ascertain their qualification for courses for which they are applying
- Applicants with pass but with several years of post-ND work experience may be considered for an admission.
