Studying to earn a National Diploma (ND) qualification for Agric and Bio Enviromental Engineering Technology at the Department of Agric and Bio Enviromental Engineering Technology, Federal Polytechnic Bida will see students do forty-eight (48) courses to earn a total of 103 credits.
HND Agricultural and Bio Enviromental Engineering Technology has three options, one of which a student can choose to specialise in and they are:

- Soil and Water Engineering

The five O'level credit passes must be at not more than two sittings from one or two of the following examination qualifications
Senior Secondary Certificate Education (SSCE)
West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE)
General Certificate of Education (GCE) or
National Technical Certificate
JAMB Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME)

Federal Polytechnic, Bida Post UTME Screening
Applicants must also participate in the Federal Polytechnic, Bida coordinated post UTME screening and make the cut off mark for the Department of Agric and Bio Enviromental Engineering Technology as would be dictated.
